Most people share a desire to leave a sustainable world for future generations. After a successful career as a 
high-tech entrepreneur, Dave Pietruszynski acted on that desire, becoming a consultant with a focus on the rich, vibrant and fragile coastal wetland ecosystems. As the Principal and Founder of Seagrass Consulting LLC, Dave partners with leaders and organizations that are passionate about life, leisure, and business along the coast, and engages in solving the most challenging problems associated with restoration and sustainability of the bays and estuaries. One of his passions is writing about some of the more difficult and thought-provoking issues in environmental sustainability. He maintains that humans have changed the environment in significant ways as the dominant species, and with technology available now, it is a responsibility to try our best to provide a sustainable world for many generations to come.
